Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced HR and Admin Specialist to join our team. The ideal
candidate will possess comprehensive knowledge and experience in various HR functions, including
recruitment, payroll, compliance, documentation, talent development (TD), and exit formalities. This
role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our HR and administrative functions, contributing
to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment:
• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing,
and onboarding.
• Collaborate with department heads to understand their staffing needs and ensure timely
hiring.
Payroll:
• Oversee the accurate and timely processing of payroll.
• Ensure compliance with all payroll-related regulations and laws.
• Handle payroll discrepancies and inquiries from employees.
Compliance:
• Ensure the organization complies with all relevant labor laws and regulations.
• Maintain and update HR policies and procedures in line with current legislation.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with internal policies and legal requirements.
Documentation:
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
• Ensure proper documentation for all HR processes, including hiring, promotions, and terminations.
• Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
Talent Development (TD):
• Identify training and development needs within the organization and design appropriate programs.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary
adjustments.
Exit Formalities:
• Manage the exit process for departing employees, including exit interviews and final settlements.
• Ensure all necessary documentation is completed and records are updated.
• Analyze exit interview data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
ADMIN RELATED TASKS
Housekeeping (frequently check cleanness of the office premises and factory in all respect)
Internet, Electricity, Telephone, Computer – complaints/connection issues
Stationary stock & management
Office decorum
Company vehicles/ assets insurance record and renewal timely.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HR and administrative roles.
• Strong knowledge of HR functions, including recruitment, payroll, compliance, and employee relations.
• Excellent organizational and documentation skills.
• Familiarity with HR software and payroll systems.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
